Whether you are playing Suburban, CYO, or High School Basketball our workouts will prepare you.  Winter Academy is the perfect program for keeping your individual skills sharp during the season.  These sessions offer confidence-building ball receptions. Unlike Fall and Spring Academies, Winter Academy focuses more on the art of shooting and scoring the basketball.  These sessions start with an intense 20 minute ball-handling warm-up, then quickly transitions to form shooting, shooting off the catch, off the dribble and much more!  Start your season with a BANG by training with HoopNerds Skills Academy!

Winter Academy

November - February 2020

We get results regardless of age.  In winter we offer 'Winter Nights Shooting" and "Winter Overtime" programs.  These sessions are for Boys and Girls grades 5-12.  Check program details for more information.

Private Skills Training Sessions

Fall/Winter 2019-2020

We offer a special opportunity with this program!  Go 1 on 1 with coach Lou Roe for specialized training workouts!  These 60 minutes sessions are designed specifically for the player.  Focusing on strengths and weakness to gain maximum results! For more information click below!

TEAM SKILLS SESSIONS

Fall/Winter

This program can prepare your team for the next level. Our dynamic style of training helps teams improve their skill set and in-game IQ.  Team training also offers expanding ball handling skills, shooting, defense and footwork. We will do motion drill break down and provide many examples. The combination of our high energy and knowledge lets us cover a lot of ground.
